Boniface, December 00 Guest "Thank you so much! We had a really nice time up there. (I even got some Christmas shopping done in Lake Placid.) The lodge was absolutely fantastic, as was the glorious view of the mountains and the serenity of the frozen river. Since most of us who went live in small city apartments, it was also great to have a big kitchen. Needless to say, we ate better this weekend than we did on Thanksgiving. Anyway, I hope the caretakers found everything in order, and I hope to someday get up there again. Once again, thank you for opening your doors to us and allowing us the opportunity to spend some quiet time in a beautiful place." |
